This is Gaddings a17.5 " mohair bear and is sold.
Due to demand I am unable to offer bears for sale online at the moment
My name is Estelle and I make Estelle’s Canal Bears, I live on a boat on the Rochdale Canal in the beautiful Yorkshire Pennines where my bears are born.
My bears are made of synthetic fur some have button eyes and some safety eyes, but as most come with there own toys or furniture they are not suitable for children.
I do provide my bears with Yorkshire passports and birth certificates so they can travel.
My bears originated in the New Forest where I sold at craft fairs and also the Hayloft Gallery and Red House Museum in Christchurch Dorset. I am a member of CADarts and design and make all my own patterns so no two bears are ever exactly the same.
I get my inspiration for names from places along the canal or connect with it. So all the bears born on the canal feel linked to it. Hope you will like them.
